We were really impressed by our experience with Benchmark Exteriors! Nate came out and did a quote for a house we are interested in purchasing and they were quick, honest, and very friendly. Highly recommend them and plan on using them in the future if we purchase this home!

My homes roof received hail damage in a storm in October of 2023. My neighbor suggested that I at least speak with the representative from the company they were using, Benchmark. A couple of days later Dave Bourke came by. He was very informative and courteous. I met with him and my daughter and son in law the next week. Dave was patient and answered all of our questions. As I was not in a rush the job was done in August of 2024. Everyone was efficient, careful and tidy. I have found very few nails or those clear plastic strips that often fly all over. When there was a discrepancy in the dollar amount, Dave spent an hour of his time to clear it up. Thanks Dave.

Jon and his crew were great. Communication was fast and clear, pricing was fair, installation was pretty painless, and clean up was perfect. Jon worked with us and our insurance to get them to pay for a full roof replacement. When they accidentally dinged our gutters during installation, they immediately scheduled a repair, and got us fixed up. No questions asked, easy peasy. If you need a new roof, these are folks you can trust to treat you (and your exteriors) right.
