Install was super quick considering the number of windows getting treatment. Ryan installed everything perfectly and helped me with the warranty and the process of properly operating everything. I have to say the process with BB was excellent. There was a hiccup in the being with staff changes but they didn't miss a beat. The salesperson, michael was very thorough. The installation team Jeremy and Brock were very careful not to let my cats out, removed my old blinds, installed the shutters and did an excellent job. They left everything clean and tidy. We love our shutters and we are sorry we didn't do it sooner! Budget Blinds of Land O' Lakes hit it out of the park.
