First time using Impressions. Sent out area rug for cleaning and arranged for office and stairs to be cleaned when rug was delivered. Area rug was like new and office and stairs look terrific. No pun intended, but we were very impressed by the entire process and results. Extremely communicative and professional. We have used others in the past but never again. A family-owned, local company, they spend time with you and explain every step of their cleaning process, and the office staff provided great customer service. The team that came to my house, Chris and Dominic, were professional, friendly, knowledgable, and conscientious. I had another company previously, and they left my once soft, beautiful carpet a crunchy mess! Chris and his team returned it to like new.
