This oversight meant I faced a potential 20-day gap without a home between leases. However, my concerns were quickly alleviated after speaking with Santonio Murff, the general manager. His understanding and proactive approach were outstanding. He offered me an immediate move into a new, empty apartment, allowing me to relocate my belongings without any hassle. I had to help out my cousin moving out today and the staffs were amazing. Santonio went super extra miles helping me and my wife out to make this as painless process as possible.
