Wonderful experience. Jim was very thorough, and found a cracked heat exchanger. Gave me suggestions to upgrade my humidifier as it was small. Chris L came the next day and I couldn’t be happier with his work. He installed a new furnace and was so professional, friendly, hard working and kind. Reviewed everything with patience and thoroughness.
