Mark, Zach, Frank, Chrissy, Gayle and the entire install team were great. Our AC went down right before the big heat wave. I had family coming into town and they came out within an hour. My AC went out in the middle of a heat wave and S & S came to the rescue! From start to finish they were professional, gave me options on repair vs. replace, and gave me a fair price on the replacement I ultimately chose. They were on time, considerate, and cleaned up after the job. Great experience, would highly recommend. Best of all, my house is nice and cool now.
